About the Client
Chris Prefontaine has been in the trenches of the real estate industry for over 25 years. His company has done over $80 million in real estate transactions. He also hoped that by speaking to his target audience and providing free copies of his book, Real Estate on Your Terms, he could attract more clients to his program.

Chris chooses to focus on an audience that is looking for a ‘Plan B’ to get out of real estate. He also hoped to attract entrepreneurs looking to break into the real estate industry. He chose to have no geographical restrictions hoping to reach anyone and everyone he could, regardless of location.
